Directed and created a brand film for Cheil Worldwide, reimagining their existing film originally produced in 2019.
The new version was developed to reflect the company’s updated vision and direction.

The core concept, requested by the Executive Creative Director, was “infinite zoom.” The film continuously moves forward, where each scene emerges from a small detail within the previous one. This required building a seamless visual system where every element could connect naturally to the next.

One of the main challenges was working with a fixed script. Each transition had to be carefully designed in advance, considering how and where the next visual would be embedded within the current frame. We went through more than 30 iterations to refine the graphic flow and ensure continuity.

Visually, I focused on balancing simplicity and character. While using basic geometric shapes, I avoided a flat pictogram style and instead aimed for a more fluid and refined look. Color also played a key role, as the film progresses without clear cuts, requiring a cohesive yet dynamic palette.

Due to a tight production schedule, I took on an art-focused director role. I led the visual concept and direction, collaborated closely with illustrators, and contributed directly to the graphic design to maintain consistency throughout the film. This project explores how a structured visual system can support storytelling, creating a continuous and engaging brand experience.
